With ServerObserver, you can get the email notification, when it exceeds the specified RTT threshold.
It supports 3 types of Rules.
Threshold Rule
Threshold Rules compare a performance counter value with either a constant value. In the following figure. If the response time(RTT) of the PING (1) exceeds 3 seconds, the 'Check RTT' rule triggers some Actions.
NT Event Rule
NT Event Rules check the occurrence of the specific Windows EVENT log. It can look for specific Event log file, source, type and a pattern in the description.
Network Error Rule
Network Error Rules check the occurrence of the Sensor's network error.
